Ingredients
1/4 avocado
sliced tomato
1/4 cucumber
1 large carrot, grated
1/2 cup cooked red or rainbow quinoa
1/2 cup cooked black beans
1 large collard green leaf
optional:
a drizzle of liquid amino
hummus
dulse flakes
